Responsible for the promotion and sale of Grifols plasma products and related service or diagnostic programs to clinics and doctors in the assigned area
Profit maximization through increased acceptance of our products and service programs
Building a network of potential customers
Establishing long-term customer relationships
Conducting events and training for customers (doctors & medical staff)
Representing Grifols at regional and national conferences
Continuous reporting and documentation of data into the given sales promotion systems
Continuous market analysis and observation of competitor activities
Communication of market information and competitor activities to direct supervisors and relevant departments (i.e. Marketing, Medicine, etc.)
Requirements Profile:
Completion of training as a pharmaceutical representative (ยง 75 AMG)
Scientific background
Experience as an outside sales representative (min. 3 years)
Very good IT skills with independent use of Outlook & Microsoft Office programs (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience in handling CRM systems
Effective communication skills in speech and writing
Presentation skills in front of individuals and groups
