• Achieving the sales plan objectives in Chile, maximizing the organization's benefits through the best service and customer loyalty. • Prospecting and acquiring new clients in Chile, promoting the Grifols product portfolio and increasing the base of active clients. • Managing sales to end customers in Chile, ensuring the fulfillment of contracts and tenders, proposing improvements, and prioritizing the highest potential accounts. • Collecting and analyzing market information, entering it in the CRM and proposing the inclusion of new technologies in tenders. • Providing specialized technical support (DxCTS) as an expert in reagents, software, and instruments, both remotely and on-site, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction. • Maintaining the traceability of all support activities in the CRM and ensuring the follow-up/resolution of complaints and corrective services. • Training clients and end-users, developing training programs and technical materials in collaboration with the Training Department. • Participating in national and international training to ensure updated knowledge of the products. • Collaborating closely with Sales Support, Commercial Operations, and After-Sales Service in Chile, reporting to the Commercial Sales Manager of Transfusion Medicine.

• University degree in biomedical sciences. • 2-3 years of experience in sales of diagnostic products in Latam and as a Specialist Applications. • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel). • Experience in CRM (preferably Salesforce), desirable handling of business intelligence tools and the Mercado Público platform. • Native Spanish and sufficient English to attend training and make presentations in public. • Teamwork, optimism, and flexibility. • Ability to navigate ambiguous environments with creativity and common sense. • High active listening, sensitivity to the needs of clients and colleagues, resistance to frustration, and self-motivation. • Transparency, honesty, and fluency in relationship with managers at any level.
