Position Summary: Over 24 months, you will rotate through various HR functions, gaining hands-on experience and exposure to different aspects of Human Resources. This program includes rotations in HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, Communications/Projects, Payroll and HR Operations.

What you'll do:

  • Supporting HR Team with HR Administration
  • HR Operations: Assist in the administration of HR policies and procedures. Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes. Manage employee records and ensure data accuracy. Handle employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related matters.
  • Providing support and coordination activities for our employees in HR related matters across the employee lifecycle
  • Develop knowledge of our benefit offering and act as a point of contact for employees and our company healthcare and pension providers
  • Support audit readiness activities for HR and training activities
  • Support the HR team with other projects of the Department: Support coordination and implementation of HR initiatives e.g. planning and logistics for events, such as employee wellness initiatives, recruitment and training events
  • Input to HR policy reviews and participating in research / benchmarking activates as required
  • Support audit readiness activities for HR and training activities
  • Talent Acquisition: Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination. Assist in developing and implementing recruitment strategies. Support employer branding initiatives and attend career fairs. Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics
  • Communications/Projects: Assist in the development and execution of HR communication strategies. Support HR projects and initiatives, including employee engagement and diversity programs. Create and distribute internal communications and newsletters. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on various HR projects

What you'll bring:

  • Graduate within the last 12 months in a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or related
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and work to deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and able to ensure the accuracy of work
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal, influencing and communication skills
  • Strong administration and coordination skills
