Field Service Engineer (M/W/D) in der Region DACH

Responsibility Area:

• Technical service for Grifols immunohematology and genotyping in clinics, blood banks, and laboratories
• Preparation, commissioning, and qualification of fully automated analyzers
• Connections to laboratory information systems (host computer)
• Regular maintenance
• Repair work, problem-solving, replacement of spare parts, adjustments, and test runs
• Continuous documentation of relevant data in the reporting systems
• Communication of relevant market information to the supervisor
• Independent planning of service missions

Requirements Profile:

• Technical vocational training, preferably in medical technology
• 3 – 5 years of experience in technical service in the hospital sector
• Very good communication skills
• Service orientation
• Flexible, conscientious, and reliable working method
• Technical and general computer skills including Windows operating system and data base PostgreSQL

• Willingness to high travel within Germany (over 75%) and occasional business trips to European countries

• Good English skills
