Diagnostic Sales Representative

Location: Home Office, IT

Contract Type: Regular Full-Time

Area: Sales/Sales Operations

The role that we are looking for

In your role as a Sales Representative Diagnostic, you will work within the Diagnostic Business Unit and report to the Regional Sales Manager to develop the Grifols product portfolio in the field of transfusion medicine and diagnostic systems, with territorial responsibility in Italy.

In this role:

  • Promote Grifols products in transfusion medicine to all Transfusion Centers in the assigned territory.
  • Provide technical and commercial expertise to identify, develop, and finalize customized value proposals in line with the company's strategy.
  • Maintain professional relationships with public and private decision-making authorities, promoting Grifols solutions and positively influencing market dynamics.
  • Act as a liaison with internal departments to resolve customer issues, ensuring effective solutions.
  • Manage all administrative processes related to the sales cycle, in compliance with local regulations and company policies.
  • Prepare technical and economic elements of tender competitions.
  • Monitor and report on competitor activities to provide market insights.
  • Ensure profitability meets the required financial parameters for each account and over time.
  • Frequent travel required, including periodic meetings at the headquarters in Vicopisano, Barcelona, or other company locations.

Requisiti

  • Master's degree (scientific, engineering, or equivalent) or at least 5 years of experience in commercial roles in multinational companies in the medical device sector, preferably in the field of transfusion medicine.
  • Preferential knowledge of transfusion medicine and hospital IT solutions.
  • The activity requires frequent travel in the area of competence (approximately 70% of the time).
  • Native Italian speaker, fluent in English.
  • Excellent knowledge of the Office package and solid computer skills.
  • Knowledge of SFDC or other CRM is preferred.
