✨ About The Role
- Responsible for overseeing and managing real-time operational activities at Gridware, focusing on providing real-time support and reporting emergent events in the electric grid
- Coordinate with various departments to address real-time issues promptly and efficiently, serving as the primary point of contact for operational issues and escalations
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of real-time operations analysts, conducting regular performance reviews and implementing development plans
- Develop and implement processes, tools, and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness, leading continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage and resolve operational incidents in real-time, maintain detailed incident logs, and provide post-incident analysis and action plans

- Experienced leader with a background in real-time operations or a similar role, ideally with 5+ years of relevant experience
- Strong proficiency in real-time monitoring tools and software, with a track record of managing and developing teams
- Ability to work under pressure, lead a team in a 24/7 operational environment, and effectively communicate with various departments
- Skilled in incident management, process improvement, and fostering a positive team environment
- Prior experience in training and mentoring team members, implementing development plans, and driving continuous improvement initiatives
