About the role: This role is based on site at our brand new, luxury build to rent apartments in Melbourne. Working as part of a close-knit team, our Resident Services staff are a pivotal part of our onsite team, acting as the welcoming face of Greystar to our residents and creating positive community experiences. This role is responsible for organising, coordinating and implementing resident services and programs and ensuring a premium lifestyle experience. This is a full time, permanent role that works on a rotating roster to provide service to our residents and requires the flexibility to work on a weekend roster.
