Receptionist Position At Greystar Apartahotel Madrid

We are looking for a receptionist for our apartahotel in San Sebastian de los Reyes (Madrid).

We are looking for someone who will make our guests' stay unforgettable, providing an exceptional experience and ensuring that service levels exceed their expectations. The selected person will be part of the reception team and will carry out administrative and customer service tasks for our guests to achieve the occupancy and loyalty objectives.

Responsibilities of the role:

  • Support the creation of a memorable experience for our residents exceeding their expectations
  • Provide all aspects of customer service, including a complete service that anticipates and exceeds the expectations of our guests
  • Provide proactive reception and customer service to all guests, ensuring that all inquiries are addressed promptly
  • Answer calls and complete the associated tasks or assign them to the appropriate teams to resolve them appropriately
  • Collaborate on scheduled apartment visits
  • Assist with the preparations of the aparthotel, including the check-in and check-out processes of the residents
  • Support the management of events of the residents' activities within the residence
  • Regularly complete safety and hygiene activities aligned with the company's policies and procedures
  • Complete other assigned tasks as necessary

Organizational responsibilities:

  • Follow policies and procedures ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, organizational standards, and operational processes related to areas of responsibility and report non-compliances or failures of processes and policies to the appropriate people
  • Demonstrate appropriate safety behaviors in accordance with the company's policies, processes, and standards, of the building and the safety and hygiene department, reporting immediately any inconvenience of the mechanical or electronic equipment, any injury or accident of employees, visitors or residents and any other safety problems to the appropriate people
  • Identify areas of improvement and offer suggestions to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Stay updated on current changes in technology, processes, and standards within the industry and areas of responsibility participating in internal or external training activities and applying the knowledge to the areas of responsibility
