Monitoring the performance of more than 200 solar power plants daily

Leading continuous improvement activities to improve portfolio performance

Developing monitoring tools to enable various features

Performing root cause analysis of performance issues and suggesting corrective actions

Generating periodic performance reports for management and clients

Gathering, analyzing, and presenting results

Co-ordinating first line corrective maintenance activities with teams

Coordinating with clients, contractors, and maintenance team for corrective maintenance activities

On call activity required some weekends (subject to extra salary compensation)
