Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Mes Engineer to lead Manufacturing Execution System implementations for life sciences and industrial automation clients. This role combines technical leadership with project management responsibilities for Mes solutions up to $1M in value.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and implement Mes solutions that meet regulatory requirements
• Lead project teams through all implementation phases
• Develop project plans, budgets, and schedules (up to $1M projects)
• Configure integrated EBR recipes and system interfaces
• Ensure solutions reduce downtime and improve compliance
• Travel to client sites (up to 25%)
• Mentor junior engineers and technicians
