Key Responsibilities

• Perform patient registration and eligibility verification.
• Generate and send patient statements.
• Maintain accurate patient account files.
• Assist with claim preparation and documentation requests.
• Answer inbound calls from patients and insurance providers; conduct outbound calls as needed for AR follow-up.
