Greenhouse is looking for a Senior Program Manager, Product & GTM Enablement to join our team! In this role you will be seen as a senior strategic business partner across the business including Sales, Marketing, Product, Solutions Engineering, and more. You will be responsible for owning key enablement initiatives that anchor on business growth and high impact. You will become a product SME across our product stack and ensure our customer-facing teams are ready to sell with the right messaging and demo readiness skills needed to be successful. You will act as a senior program manager who loves to work autonomously but also loves to collaborate with teammates to bring programming to life.

The Revenue Enablement team exists to equip customer-facing teams with the right knowledge, tools, processes, resources, and skills needed to deliver value to their customers effectively and consistently. Our mission is to act as strategic thought partners to the business to help improve productivity and enable growth for Greenhouse.

What You'll Do

  • Act as primary point of contact on the Revenue Enablement team for all things Product - meaning you will partner closely with teams across the business to understand our product roadmap and help translate how we will enable and measure training programs around our launches
  • Help bridge the gap across Product Marketing, Product, Solutions Engineering, and Sales to translate product strategy and features into clear, actionable messaging
  • Develop and execute comprehensive enablement programs for new product launches, feature updates, and ongoing initiatives, as well as partner with our Professional Services team to help enable the field on our services offerings
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops to ensure GTM readiness for new launches, everboarding, and new hire onboarding
  • Become a Command of the Message SME and ensure we are always putting a CoM lens on our product-related programming and messaging
  • Manage internal product knowledge platforms and ensure content is current, relevant, and easily accessible
  • Stay informed on product roadmap changes, industry trends, and competitive developments and help translate those insights to the field
  • Track and report on the effectiveness of enablement initiatives using key KPIs (e.g., win rates, conversion rates, sales cycle length, adoption rates) and refine strategies based on data-driven insights
  • Additional projects and responsibilities as business needs require

You Should Have

  • 8+ years of experience in revenue enablement, program management, product marketing, or business operations within a SaaS or technology environment.
  • Leadership and influencing skills – experience leading/influencing stakeholders at all levels of an organization
  • Experience working cross-functionally with leadership in developing and executing successful plans in an environment of fast growth and ambiguity
  • Experience shifting priorities, balancing multiple initiatives at once, and maintaining organization
  • Experience enabling on sales methodologies and skills frameworks (ie. Command of the Message, MEDDPICC)
  • Demonstrated program management skills to drive large-scale projects to fruition, including goal setting, action planning, content creation, risk management, milestone tracking, KPI tracking, progress reporting and communications
  • Strong facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse audiences
  • A track record of improving processes, introducing new approaches, and helping teams become more productive
  • Experience with Learning Management and Content Management Systems
  • Direct selling experience and/or familiarity with Command of the Message, a plus

Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

The national pay range for this role is $124,000 - $165,000. Individual compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and qualifications. Certain roles may be eligible for additional compensation, including stock option awards, bonuses, and merit increases. Additionally, certain roles have the opportunity to receive sales commissions that are based on the terms of the sales commission plan applicable to the role.

Greenhouse provides a variety of benefits to employees, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, basic life insurance, mental health resources, financial wellness benefits, and a fully paid parental leave program. For US-based employees, we offer short-term and long-term disability coverage, a 401(k) plan and company match. U.S. based employees also receive, per calendar year, up to 14 scheduled paid holidays and up to 80 hours of paid sick leave. Non-exempt employees accrue up to 20-25 days of paid vacation time annually, depending on tenure, and exempt employees have flexible paid time off (PTO).

The anticipated closing date for this role is November 21st, 2025.
