As a Guest Services Officer, your role is to achieve the highest possible level of guests' satisfaction, by managing all their requests in a friendly, helpful and genuinely hospitable way. As a Guest Services Officer, you should have an excellent knowledge of the resort and facilities as well as of daily events and activities, to provide accurate information to guests during their stay.
