As a Production Support Specialist, you will work with reviewing sales contracts, field work orders, field measure sheets, field labor bills, and be responsible for accurately parring and ordering jobs.

Responsibilities

• Contract Accuracy and Order Processing
• Accurately review and par sales contracts using measurement forms
• Enter all new, service and/or warranty installation orders into the Champion ordering system
• Verify the accuracy of information from contracts and measurement technicians before submitting orders for production
• Document Management
• Upload all relevant documents to the customer in Champion's database
• Ensure all documentation is complete and accessible
• Customer Records Management
• Organize and maintain detailed customer records
• Ensure customer records are up-to-date and accurate
• Additional Duties
• Perform other related tasks as assigned by management

Qualifications

· High school diploma or GED equivalent

· 3 years of customer service experience

· 2 years of Material ordering experience

· Experience in the home improvement industry a plus

· Proficient in using computers and navigating various software applications

· Ability to work independently and adhere to key performance

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy

· Excellent written and oral communication skills, including phone skills
