KGNS+ Gray Digital Media is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will provide essential support to our sales representatives and management, helping to drive business growth and maintain strong customer relationships. Duties/Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Ensure all marketing and social media assets are received.
• Assist Account Managers with order inputting, monitoring, optimization, and reporting advertising campaigns.
• Coordinate the commercial copy process, which includes working with creative and the sales team to receive traffic instructions, entering copy instructions into WideOribit traffic.
• Input and maintain orders for Account Managers.
• Assist in the development of sales proposals and marketing materials.
• Assist in the coordination and day-of logistics for on-air in-studio interviews.
• Assist as needed in project planning and preparation where traffic and automation are impacted.
• Assist Media Executives in maintaining healthy account relationships.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• College Degree preferred, but not required.
• Customer service experience (1-2 years preferred)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Customer-focused mindset with a positive attitude
• Basic math skills and attention to detail
• Sales/Marketing or sales support experience
• Knowledge of our industry or products
