Job Summary/Description

Gray Digital Media is seeking a dynamic Campaign Support Specialist to join our innovative team and contribute to our mission to Make Every Purchase Rewarding. This position provides a great opportunity to learn the operations side of the business and work cross-functionally with operations and sales to align on best practices and procedures when it comes to our campaign setup, along with troubleshooting campaign issues and concerns. This position is entirely remote and can be applied for from any state where Gray Media operates.

Duties/Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Communicate, collect, and coordinate cross-departmental feedback on pending items to ensure timely campaign launches.
  • Anticipate issues and provide alternative methods of setup or deliverables.
  • Identify error trends and work cross-functionally with other departments to implement procedures to mitigate errors.
  • Stay up to date on internal system changes and updates/educate impacted departments effectively.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience, ideally in a process-driven role (ideally in marketing, advertising, or digital media)
  • Eagerness to learn a variety of technical systems thoroughly and efficiently
  • Ability to collaborate cross-departmentally to mitigate and troubleshoot issues
  • Passion for digital marketing
