The Role

AI is reshaping how organizations build, ship, and scale digital products and APIs are the connective tissue that makes it possible. As a Strategic Finance AI Engineer, you will be the bridge between financial precision and technical innovation, turning our finance department into a high-performance engine that scales as fast as our code.

What You'll Be Doing

At Gravitee, impact isn't abstract - it's visible and global. In this role, you will:

• Weave together QBO, Hubspot, Cledara, HiBob, TriNet and Tipalti into a seamless, automated ecosystem.
• Lead the design and deployment of finance systems from the ground up moving beyond advising to real-world execution.
• Deploy hands-on AI and automation into real finance workflows, from streamlining Quote-to-Cash to globalizing payroll via TriNet and HiBob.
• Fluent in the TA and Ops/data hybrid: FP&A, R2R, funnel diagnostics, and partnering with RevOps/FP&A to forecast and drive decisions.
• Think in systems, not processes, and comfortable making decisions with incomplete information.
• Partner with our CFOs, founders, or operators on scaling finance in high-growth environments.
• Speak the language of both the Ledger and the API. Partner effortlessly with Engineering and Data teams to ensure finance is never a bottleneck.

Essential Skills

• Hold a CPA, ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.
• 4+ years in fast-growing B2B SaaS or AI scale-ups. Experience scaling from Series A to C+, comfortable in fast-paced environments.
• Proven experience owning finance programs and delivering end-to-end systems implementations.
• Hands-on experience deploying AI or automation directly into production finance workflows.

• Hands-on experience with modern finance products.
