We're looking for an Engineering Team Lead to guide one of our core product engineering squads. You'll be responsible for leading a high-performing team of engineers building customer-facing features that power the workflows of top investors and deal professionals, and you'll do it by leveraging cutting-edge AI Models, Agents, and Agentic Workflows to augment product capabilities and engineering velocity.
This is a hands-on leadership role. You'll split your time between writing production code, mentoring engineers, and driving the technical execution of product initiatives in partnership with Design, Product, and Data. You'll also be working closely with our AI Teams to embed AI into our product surface area.

The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors such as location, the role's scope and complexity, and the candidate's experience and expertise, and may vary from the range provided below. For roles based in New York City, the estimated base salary for this role is $160,000 - $200,000 per year.
