Operations Manager

As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing processes related to housekeeping, maintenance, and QC in Guesty PMS (Property Management System). You will also manage projects related to field operations, provide training for newly recruited employees, and audit and inspect operational work assignments to ensure the business goals of the company are achieved.

Responsibilities:

• Manages core operational systems and processes
• Ensures Housekeeping work orders are completed as per company standard
• Maintains compliance with operations expenses and budget
• Assist with onboarding new units
• Schedule Greeters and Housekeepers
• Manage and organize supply inventories regionally
• Prepares reports for management information
• Assists Purchase department in selecting suppliers for items related to Housekeeping
• Organizes on-the job training and evaluates its effectiveness
• Assists in new staff recruitment
• Maintains compliance with company policies and procedures
• Conducts and collaborates in daily briefing with operations team members
• Coordinates the preventive maintenance schedules for units
• Coordinates with all departments in daily reporting and operations
• Assist in creation of work orders
• Other duties as assigned
