As the Regional Vice President of Operations for our Pivot West division, you'll lead a diverse portfolio of ~12 lifestyle hotels with a bold vision for excellence, culture, and profitability. Here's how you'll make an impact:

  • Champion Davidson's values, culture, and entrepreneurial spirit across your region—ensuring every hotel lives up to the Pivot brand.
  • Serve as the primary liaison with ownership groups, building and sustaining strong, trusted partnerships that foster collaboration and drive results.
  • Collaborate with General Managers and Steering Teams to develop and execute business plans, annual budgets, and strategic initiatives that maximize profitability and guest satisfaction.
  • Partner with the EVP of Operations, and Davidson's corporate leaders across Sales, Marketing, Revenue, HR, and F&B to align property-level operations with company-wide strategies.
  • Monitor operational standards across all disciplines—front office, housekeeping, F&B, engineering, and guest services—to ensure consistency, quality, and innovation at every level.
  • Analyze hotel financials and marketplace trends to identify opportunities for growth in occupancy, ADR, and GOP while maintaining cost efficiency and labor productivity.
  • Provide coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback to General Managers and hotel leaders, with an emphasis on development, succession planning, and recognition.
  • Drive service excellence by monitoring guest satisfaction metrics and online reviews; implement corrective actions when needed to enhance the guest experience.
  • Oversee the execution of all company SOPs, finance programs, and training initiatives to ensure compliance, operational consistency, and team member engagement.
  • Lead policy development efforts in key areas like Sales & Marketing, Human Resources, Rooms Operations, and Food & Beverage in partnership with cross-functional teams.
  • Stay ahead of hospitality trends, technology, and economic changes to maintain a competitive edge and innovative operational model.
  • Travel regularly (~50%) to conduct site visits, meet with teams, and provide hands-on leadership that energizes performance and builds connection.
