You will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repair work, troubleshooting problems, and ensuring all equipment is operating safely and efficiently. Qualifications:

• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail
• Good communication skills
• Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO)
• Electrical, Plumbing, Drywall, Painting experience preferred
• Must be able to lift 50+ lbs or more
