This role encompasses creating and cultivating existing relationships across West Coast Florida, supporting our internal and external advertising efforts and external company sponsored events.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Increase customer base through long term, strategic relationship building in assigned territory.
• Exceed goals for new customer acquisition, contracts, IAQ and sales leads All commercial contract leads.
• Residential contract leads 4 systems and over.
• Previously sold contracts not tied to sales person; eligible for renewal commissions for any upgrades/add ons above standard price increases.
• Point person for all memberships for community/industry/charity organizations for Haines A/C attends meetings, functions, events, networking groups for assigned territories.
• Communicates opportunities for sales team to participate with organizations within their territory.
• Develop and maintain event and new business contacts database utilizing an email marketing program or internal company program.
• Utilizes existing customer base to increase share of wallet in assigned territory.
• Visit targeted prospective customers to introduce company and offer solutions.
• Responsible for sponsorship participation requests, and silent auction, prize and in-kind donation solicitations as well as active outreach to find new partnerships in the community for Haines A/C & Coastal authorized up to $500 per event without approval.
• Support existing customer relationship building by sending thank you cards, follow up calls, gifts for VIP customers, annual holiday gifts for company specified list, etc.
• Submit New Business Report weekly to RSM.
• Actively participate in company meetings as necessary and appropriate.
• Support the RSM and sales team as necessary.
