You will partner closely with our Talent Team to develop a deep understanding of our hiring needs, challenges, organizational structure, and individual team dynamics. In this role, you will own full-cycle recruitment—from sourcing and engaging passive and active talent globally, to guiding candidates through our end-to-end hiring process, to generating offers and transitioning new hires to our People Ops Specialist for onboarding. You will act as a key internal stakeholder, collaborating across teams to manage headcount reconciliation, oversee compensation alignment and equity, and coordinate and participate in internal interviews. You will also be responsible for ensuring recruitment projects are delivered on time and that all milestones and deliverables are met. This role requires exceptional administrative strength, including the ability to navigate multiple documents and systems while adhering to structured, process-driven workflows.
Compensation & Rewards:
In the United States, the base compensation range for this role is USD $144,000 - $160,000. Actual compensation may vary based on level, experience, and skillset as assessed in the interview process. Benefits include equity, bonus (if applicable), and other benefits listed here.
