They are a leading HVAC construction firm specializing in commercial and industrial projects, delivering high-quality installation, service, and start-up of complex HVAC systems.

They are seeking a Commercial/Industrial HVAC Field Service Leader with 10+ years of experience to lead service operations, perform advanced diagnostics, oversee system start-ups, and mentor junior technicians. This role works across a wide range of HVAC equipment and advanced technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor field technicians
• Perform start-ups, troubleshooting, and repairs on commercial/industrial HVAC systems
• Service equipment including boilers, chillers, cooling towers, VRF, package units, split systems, and mini-splits
• Work with advanced systems such as hydronic systems, hot gas reheat, and desiccant dehumidification
• Conduct preventative maintenance and client consultations
• Coordinate with project managers to ensure quality service delivery

Qualifications

• 10+ years of commercial/industrial HVAC experience
• Strong leadership and mentoring ability
• Expertise in diagnostics, commissioning, and complex HVAC systems
• Strong client communication skills
• HVAC certifications (EPA, OSHA) preferred
