What You'll Do

• Lead roadway and transportation design projects
• Prepare plans, estimates, and reports
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams
• Ensure designs meet ARDOT and local standards

What You Bring

• BS/MS Civil Engineering
• PE license in Arkansas (or ability to obtain)
• 3–6 years in roadway/transportation design
• Experience with MicroStation/InRoads a plus
