Territory Sales Manager

An established and growing organization is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to drive territory growth while building and maintaining strong partnerships with farm dealers, retailers, and growers. This individual will play a key role in both sales execution and agronomic support. An existing book of business is in place, providing immediate opportunity for impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth within an assigned territory
  • Build and manage strong relationships with dealers and growers
  • Promote and sell seed products along with biologicals and crop enhancement solutions
  • Provide product positioning and agronomic guidance to customers
  • Lead a collaborative, local team approach across sales and agronomy

Ideal Background

  • Degree in agronomy or equivalent hands-on experience
  • Demonstrated success in relationship-building and sales growth
  • Experience within the retail agriculture or seed industry preferred
  • Familiarity with seed products and crop enhancement solutions

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary: $75,000–$110,000+ (depending on experience), plus performance-based bonuses
