The ideal candidate will have experience with injection molding machine knowledge, line repair and optimization, multiple shift work, team training and coaching, capital improvement projects, and process improvements.

Position Responsibilities:

• Utilize injection molding machine knowledge to optimize production lines
• Repair and maintain production lines to ensure efficiency and quality
• Train and coach team members on best practices for machine operation
• Implement capital improvement projects to enhance manufacturing processes
• Identify opportunities for process improvements to increase productivity

Position Essential Job Functions:

• Experience with injection molding machine operations
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair production lines
• Strong leadership skills to train and coach team members
• Knowledge of capital improvement projects in a manufacturing setting
• Ability to make data-driven decisions to improve process efficiency
