Service Shop Manager

We are currently hiring for a Service Shop Manager position with a well-established multi-state heavy-duty truck parts and service operation in Des Moines.

This role is ideal for someone who excels in customer communication, business development, and relationship building. You do not need to be a technician by trade, but a strong understanding of the heavy-duty truck industry is important.

What You'll Do:

• Lead and grow the service and fabrication departments
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Drive business development and operational success
• Manage day-to-day shop operations and team performance

What We're Looking For:

• ~10+ years of experience in the heavy-duty truck industry
• Strong background in customer service, sales, or operations management
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Stable work history and clean background

Compensation & Benefits:

• $90,000 – $110,000 base salary
• Bonus potential
