Position Overview

The Mechanical Service Account Manager will be responsible for developing, estimating, and selling HVAC service projects and maintenance agreements. This role is relationship-driven and focuses on managing and growing a defined portfolio of accounts, as determined by sales and operations leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships
• Estimate and sell HVAC service and maintenance projects
• Review plans, specifications, and project documentation
• Manage multiple projects concurrently while meeting deadlines
• Ensure compliance with applicable rules, regulations, and industry best practices

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience as an Estimator, Sales Professional, or a combination thereof within the HVAC or plumbing industry
• Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications
• Demonstrated ability to estimate mechanical projects with limited training
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office; MS Project experience preferred
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without restrictions
