Senior Multifamily Plumbing Designer

A growing mechanical contractor is seeking an experienced Senior Plumbing Designer to join their team. This role is responsible for designing plumbing systems using CAD and Revit, supporting projects from concept through completion, and collaborating with project managers and field teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design plumbing systems from architectural drawings
• Develop 3D Revit models, isometrics, and fabrication drawings
• Perform material takeoffs and support project coordination
• Provide technical support to field and project teams
• Review submittals for constructability and code compliance

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of plumbing design experience
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, and plumbing codes
• Experience with commercial and industrial projects
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Valid driver's license required
