Senior Operations Leader – Food Manufacturing | Central Valley, CA

We are representing a well-capitalized, privately held food processing and ingredient company in a strong growth phase with secured investment and expansion underway. This is a high-impact leadership role with full ownership of a large-scale production facility.

You will be responsible for building systems, structure, and accountability to scale operations while partnering directly with ownership on strategic direction.

Compensation

• $180,000 – $250,000 base
• Up to 10% bonus

What You'll Do

• Lead full plant operations and production performance
• Own budgeting, cost control, and margin improvement
• Align supply chain, production, and commercial teams
• Oversee safety, quality, and regulatory compliance
• Lead capital projects and facility expansion initiatives
• Build scalable systems and operational structure

What We're Looking For

• 8+ years of food manufacturing or processing leadership
• Strong P&L or budget ownership experience
• Background in production, supply chain, and operations integration
• Experience leading teams in hands-on environments
• Capital project or facility expansion exposure
• Ability to operate in a lean, fast-moving environment

Preferred: Juice, citrus, beverage, or ingredient processing experience
