Position Overview

As the Senior Loan Operations Manager, you will oversee a high-performing team responsible for the servicing and maintenance of a complex commercial loan portfolio. This is a strategic leadership role critical to ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and superior customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the Commercial Loan Operations team
• Ensure accurate loan documentation, booking, payments, and servicing activities
• Maintain compliance with internal policies and banking regulations (including FDIC, OCC, etc.)
• Collaborate with lending, compliance, and executive teams to streamline processes and improve service delivery
• Drive efficiency and innovation in systems and workflows
• Serve as a subject matter expert for commercial lending operations

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in community banking, with a focus on loan operations
• Proven leadership experience in managing teams in a loan servicing environment
• Extensive knowledge of commercial loan products, servicing requirements, and related regulatory guidelines
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Familiarity with loan systems and banking software (e.g., Jack Henry, Fiserv, etc.)
