Sales Support

Gpac just partnered with a growing manufacturing company seeking a Sales Support. This position is in your backyard.

1st shift

Responsibilities include:

1. Preparing quotes, proposals, and contracts
2. Processing orders and managing sales documentation
3. Providing assistance to sales with the use of CRM, quoting and
4. Scheduling meetings, demos, or follow-ups
5. Responding to customer inquiries
6. Assisting with product information or pricing
7. Coordinating with internal teams (ops, service, finance)
8. Creating or updating sales collateral
9. Supporting product launches with resources and information
10. Feeding customer insights back to sales and marketing
11. Running standard sales reports
12. Assisting with CRM content – price lists, product descriptions, tracking active/inactive products
13. Ensuring the sales team has visibility into order status
