Sales Specialist – Environmental Assistance Program (EAP) & Lab Packing

A nationally respected environmental services organization is expanding its Environmental Assistance Program (EAP) & Lab Packing business due to sustained demand across healthcare, education, industrial, and R&D clients.

This role is built for a customer-facing professional with a consultative mindset — someone who understands regulated environments and can translate complex environmental services into clear, trusted solutions.

This is not transactional sales. This is solution-driven, compliance-forward business development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and grow new business within EAP & Lab Packing services
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients navigating hazardous and non-hazardous lab pack solutions
  • Lead the full sales lifecycle: – Prospecting and qualification – Needs assessment and solution design – Proposal development and pricing coordination – Contract execution and operational handoff
  • Build long-term relationships with: – Universities and research institutions – Healthcare systems – Manufacturing and industrial clients – Government and public sector organizations
  • Partner closely with operations and technical teams to ensure service delivery excellence
  • Maintain accurate CRM activity and pipeline visibility

Ideal Background:

  • Experience in environmental services, hazardous waste, lab packing, ITAD, recycling, or regulated B2B services
  • Strong customer-facing identity and relationship-building skill set
  • Comfortable operating in compliance-driven environments
  • Consultative sales approach (diagnose → recommend → solve)
  • Ability to sell complex, programmatic services (not commodity sales)

What Sets This Role Apart:

  • National platform with strong operational support
  • Relationship-driven, high-trust client base
  • Opportunity to sell recurring, programmatic services
  • True partnership between sales and operations
  • Clear runway for growth as EAP & Lab Packing demand continues to expand

Compensation & Structure:

  • Competitive base salary plus performance incentives
  • Structured onboarding and technical training
  • Autonomy with accountability
  • Long-term growth potential within a stable organization

Confidentiality: This search is being conducted confidentially. Company name and full details will be shared during an initial alignment conversation.
