Job Title: Sales Professional / Business Development Location: Colorado (Remote and High Travel) Job Type: Full-Time Compensation: Base Salary + Uncapped Commission ($125,000 – $400,000+)
This is a field-based sales and business development role focused on generating new clients and building relationships with property owners who have experienced damage (fire, water, storm, etc.). This position requires a high level of independence, strong communication skills, and the ability to operate in a fast paced, performance driven environment.
Additional Information: This is a sales role focused on relationship building and guiding clients through a critical time. The position offers significant income potential for individuals who are driven, competitive, and have the ability to travel. This is job is working for an insurance company but does NOT require you to come from the insurance industry. A strong/exceptional background in Sales is considered more than insurance.
