Job Title: Sales Professional / Business Development Location: Colorado (Remote and High Travel) Job Type: Full-Time Compensation: Base Salary + Uncapped Commission ($125,000 – $400,000+)

Job Description

This is a field-based sales and business development role focused on generating new clients and building relationships with property owners who have experienced damage (fire, water, storm, etc.). This position requires a high level of independence, strong communication skills, and the ability to operate in a fast paced, performance driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in residential and commercial markets
  • Educate potential clients on the claims process and available services that a public adjusting firm offers
  • Guide prospects through the decision-making process and close new business
  • Serve as the initial point of contact and build client relationships
  • Manage territory and sales pipeline independently

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or a hunter-style role
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Ability to travel frequently across Colorado and the region
  • Ability to handle high pressure or sensitive situations professionally

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in insurance is preferred
  • An active Colorado adjuster license is preferred

Compensation and Benefits:

Additional Information: This is a sales role focused on relationship building and guiding clients through a critical time. The position offers significant income potential for individuals who are driven, competitive, and have the ability to travel. This is job is working for an insurance company but does NOT require you to come from the insurance industry. A strong/exceptional background in Sales is considered more than insurance.
