Sales & Operations Manager – Building Materials | Denver, CO
Hybrid Field & Office Role | National Building Materials Leader
Join a growing national building materials company as a Sales & Operations Manager. This is a hands-on leadership position that bridges sales strategy with operational execution. You'll lead teams, grow new markets, and ensure seamless collaboration between sales, design, and production.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, recruit, and mentor a sales and operations team to achieve performance goals.
- Develop and implement sales growth strategies for new and existing markets.
- Manage your own book of business—building long-term relationships with builders, contractors, and distributors.
- Collaborate with design, estimating, and production to deliver accurate quotes, on-time projects, and high customer satisfaction.
- Oversee customer service, delivery scheduling, and logistics for smooth daily operations.
- Utilize CRM systems and data analytics for forecasting, pipeline management, and KPI tracking.
- Review project blueprints and technical documents to support quoting and material selection (AutoCAD experience a plus).
- Partner with leadership to align sales goals and operational efficiency across departments.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of sales leadership or operations management experience in building materials, construction supply, or related fields.
- Proven success leading teams, growing revenue, and improving process efficiency.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
- Understanding of P&L, forecasting, and KPI metrics.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for growth and teamwork.
