Hybrid Sales Engineer (HVAC)

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Hybrid Sales Engineer with HVAC experience. This role will involve promoting and selling a range of commercial airside products, boilers, beams, burners, pumps, venting solutions, hydronics, and more. The successful candidate will work on a variety of projects, including schools, universities, hospitals, military bases, sewage plants, airports, and high-rises.
Key responsibilities include:
- Promote and sell commercial airside products, boilers, beams, burners, pumps, venting solutions, hydronics, and other HVAC-related equipment.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the commercial sector.
- Provide technical support and expertise to clients, ensuring the optimal selection and application of products.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure project requirements are met.
- Travel to client sites as needed within the Northwest region.
Qualifications include:
- Proven experience in HVAC sales or related field.
- Strong understanding of commercial airside products, boilers, beams, burners, pumps, venting solutions, and hydronics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel to various project sites.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve sales targets.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
