A fast-growing HVAC solutions firm is expanding in the Pacific Northwest and looking for a Sales Engineer who can own a territory, build influence with engineers and contractors, and drive equipment sales from concept to commissioning.
• Develop and deepen relationships with mechanical contractors, consulting engineers, and building owners
• Identify, pursue, and close HVAC equipment opportunities
• Support system design, equipment selection, and specification strategy
• Prepare proposals, estimates, and take-offs
• Manage projects from design development through startup and commissioning
• Mechanical Engineering degree or strong HVAC field/applications background
• 5+ years in HVAC sales, applications engineering, or system design REQUIRED
• Comfortable presenting to engineers and influencing specifications
• Organized and able to manage multiple projects without dropping details
• Driven, competitive, and relationship-focused
