Gpac is partnering with a highly respected agronomy company that's looking to add a driven Sales Agronomist to their team. This family-focused business is known for its outstanding customer service and commitment to helping growers succeed.
What You'll Do:
- Provide growers with expert seed, fertilizer, and chemical recommendations
- Build strong, long-term relationships with customers to drive repeat business
- Collaborate with fellow agronomists to meet customer and company goals
- Deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts that lead to results
- Accurately forecast supply needs on both monthly and annual levels
- Stay current on agronomy trends, products, and precision technology
- Perform a wide range of agronomic duties with independence and professionalism
What We're Looking For:
- 1+ years of agronomy-related experience (preferred)
- Degree in Agronomy/Agriculture or equivalent experience (preferred)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team
