We're seeking a driven, consultative Sales Account Manager to help expand our footprint across the U.S. and Canada. This role is ideal for someone who understands the flexible packaging and pre-made bag market and thrives in a high-touch, relationship-driven sales environment.
This is not a general B2B sales role. Candidates must bring direct experience selling flexible packaging or pre-made bags and be comfortable managing complex, high-value accounts while traveling up to 50%.
What You'll Do
What We're Looking For (Non-Negotiable)
3+ years of B2B consultative sales experience within flexible packaging
Direct experience selling flexible packaging and/or pre-made bags (required)
Proven success managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple active accounts
Comfortable selling into CPG, brand owners, and marketing-driven organizations
Experience working with international suppliers or selling into the U.S. market is a plus
Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% across the U.S. and Canada
Candidates without flexible packaging and pre-made bag sales experience will not be considered.
