Sales Account Manager

We're seeking a driven, consultative Sales Account Manager to help expand our footprint across the U.S. and Canada. This role is ideal for someone who understands the flexible packaging and pre-made bag market and thrives in a high-touch, relationship-driven sales environment.

This is not a general B2B sales role. Candidates must bring direct experience selling flexible packaging or pre-made bags and be comfortable managing complex, high-value accounts while traveling up to 50%.

What You'll Do

  • Drive new business and revenue growth across a defined North American territory
  • Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, needs assessment, proposals, negotiations, closing, and handoff
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with CPG brands, converters, and packaging decision-makers
  • Represent the company at industry trade shows, conferences, and customer visits
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and high client satisfaction
  • Contribute to market research, competitive analysis, and strategic growth planning
  • Consistently meet or exceed established sales quotas

What We're Looking For (Non-Negotiable)

  • 3+ years of B2B consultative sales experience within flexible packaging

  • Direct experience selling flexible packaging and/or pre-made bags (required)

  • Proven success managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple active accounts

  • Comfortable selling into CPG, brand owners, and marketing-driven organizations

  • Experience working with international suppliers or selling into the U.S. market is a plus

  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% across the U.S. and Canada

Candidates without flexible packaging and pre-made bag sales experience will not be considered.
