Restoration Sales Manager Duties

• Meet or exceed the sales and margin expectations for the assigned territory.
• Establish sales strategies and working with a team of salesman
• Building strong customer relationships by maintaining sales contacts as required by the position.
• Observing and implementing sales skills of other successful Sales Representatives in all aspects of the sales process to utilize skills necessary to succeed.
• Demonstrating solid business sales acumen and professionalism to make a positive impact on all prospects and customers.
• Drive sales growth through consistent daily effort.

Restoration Roof Sale Manager Experience Required

• 2+ years of roofing sale Management experience
• Experience with Residential and Commercial Roofing/Restoration materials and techniques
• Must be comfortable with cold calling, as well as generating their own leads through in person interactions
• Positive attitude, Analytical in nature, Self-motivated, Ambitious, and a Team player
