We're growing and looking for a dependable, people-focused Property & Casualty Insurance professional to join our in-office team. You'll be a key support partner to our clients and internal team, with opportunities to grow as the agency grows.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain strong client relationships through outstanding service
• Assist clients with billing questions, cancellations, and day-to-day account needs
• Support bond processing and related administrative tasks
• Help with agency projects and special initiatives as needed
• Communicate clearly, professionally, and promptly with clients and carriers
• Process basic certificates and gather carrier notifications
• Answer incoming calls with a friendly, helpful attitude
• Greet visitors and maintain a clean, welcoming reception area
• Handle mail distribution and general office tasks
• Scan, file, and manage documents, including monitoring the agency's main email inbox
