Mechanical contractor looking for a Multifamily Project Engineer/Assistant PM to join their growing team.

Job duties of a Project Engineer:

Reading plans and conducting onscreen takeoffs

Creating project budgets and generating proposals for customers

Manage projects during production to ensure the projects are completed within budget

Schedule job-site visits with our Production Team

Make takeoff sheets, determine pricing and create estimates for our specialty project customers

Extract details from plans when requested

Answer inquiries from customers and other members of the team on the phone and via email

Other office duties, projects and tasks as assigned

Experience with AutoCAD and Bluebeam preferred

Excellent communication skills and excel in a team environment

Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel
