Mechanical/HVAC subcontractor looking for a project engineer/assistant PM.

Job duties:

1. Reading plans and conducting onscreen takeoffs
2. Creating project budgets and generating proposals for customers
3. Managing projects during production to ensure the projects are completed within budget
4. Scheduling job-site visits with our production team
5. Making takeoff sheets, determining pricing and creating estimates for our specialty project customers
6. Extracting details from plans when requested
7. Answering inquiries from customers and other members of the team on the phone and via email
8. Other office duties, projects and tasks as assigned
9. Experience with AutoCAD and Bluebeam preferred
10. Excellent communication skills and excel in a team environment
11. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel
