Project Engineer

We are seeking a Project Engineer to support geotechnical and heavy civil construction projects across multiple locations. This is a heavily travel-based position, requiring extended time at project sites and close, hands-on involvement with field operations from preconstruction through closeout.

Overview

Support geotechnical and heavy civil projects nationwide, including deep foundations, shoring, and ground improvement. This is a field-focused role requiring extensive time on job sites.

Responsibilities

• Support project setup, cost tracking, and schedules
• Review drawings, specs, and geotechnical reports
• Track RFIs, submittals, quantities, and pay apps
• Coordinate vendors, subcontractors, and field teams
• Travel extensively to support active job sites

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or similar
• 1–4+ years geotechnical or heavy civil experience
• Strong plan-reading and organizational skills
• Comfortable in a heavy-travel, field-driven role
