Key Responsibilities
• Support Project Managers with project planning, scheduling, and coordination • Manage RFIs, submittals, and project documentation • Assist with budgets, change orders, and project tracking • Coordinate with subcontractors, field teams, and clients • Help ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget
Ideal Background
• Experience in commercial construction as a Project Engineer or similar role • Strong organizational and communication skills • Ability to manage project documentation and support field teams • Experience with project management software (Procore experience a plus)
