Position Responsibilities:

• Perform HVAC Load Calculations
• Select HVAC equipment
• Size and route duct and pipe
• Produce P.E. stamped mechanical drawings in the state of MN
• Provide customers with custom mechanical solutions
• Manage multiple projects for multiple customers at the same time
• Use CAD/BIM to produce mechanical drawings

Position Essential Job Functions:

• Communicate effectively with colleagues, customers, and vendors
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Able to work independently and in a team environment
• Self-motivated with the ability to organize and prioritize job assignments
• Commitment to company values and goals

Salary: $75,000 to $130,000 per year
