Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and develop the service team, including hiring, coaching, and performance management.
• Handle scheduling, workload planning, and daily work assignments to ensure efficient operations.
• Conduct regular staff meetings and one-on-ones to communicate expectations and drive accountability.
• Address performance issues and team challenges promptly and professionally.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of plumbing project or service management experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills with both clients and internal teams.
• Proven communication, coaching, and leadership abilities.
• Experience with project budgeting and managing financial performance.
• Ability to quickly resolve team and operational issues.
• Highly organized with exceptional prioritization and time management skills.
